"Matt Grinter’s direction of the actors in his graduate show of Orphans was fine, detailed, and intelligent.  He is a director to look out for."

Tom Morris

Award Winning Director, Writer and Producer.

“I have worked with Matt on two separate occasions and have found him to be bullet proof and enthusiastic. Next time I have a production about to begin, he will literally be the first person I call and I hope that he is free to come back and work for us again.”

Chris Jones

Winner of the Producers Guild of America Producers Challenge 2009, Academy Award Shortlisted 2009. Author of The Guerilla Film Makers Handbook.

"Matt came on board the Sky Nature/Netflix ‘PREDATORS narrated by Tom Hardy’ series to support the scripting process and assist us with the Wild Dogs episode. We were looking for someone with a sophisticated understanding of character led drama narratives, who could both help to clarify our story arc, and bring to life our key animal protagonists, with an economy of words for maximum impact. As a theatrical writer Matt offered a unique perspective on the episodes he worked on with an invaluable grasp of narrative and appreciation of the factual integrity required, whilst maximising the audience’s emotional engagement. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and I hope to work with him again in the future."
